In this session, we are going to release all the tension you've been building up on your shoulders after months (or years) of burning out. The tension you've been trying to get rid of with a chiropractor but somehow even after months, being on your computer for 5 minutes feels like "get me a massage please".
✅ You will fill up a questionnaire so I get to understand where your nervous system is at and how it's running the show.
✅ The session will last from 45-60 minutes depending on how the body responds to the session.
