Peanut oatmeal cookies

The perfect healthy snack

INGREDIENTS:

- 1/3 cup of peanut butter

- 2 spotty bananas

- 1 teaspoon vanilla

- 2 tablespoon soy milk

- 2 tablespoon maple syrup

- 3 cups of oats (any kind)

- 1/4 of tsp of cinamon

- 1/4 cup flour


INSTRUCTIONS:

1. In a large bowl, mash the bananas with a fork until smooth. Add the peanut butter, soy milk, vanilla and maple syrup and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and stir until well combined. .

2. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking tray and bake 15 minutes at 180º degrees or until done.
