Hummus pasta

Simple, lazy and delicious

cooking time: 15mins difficulty: easy serves: 2


250g of whole wheat pasta (or any pasta of your choice)

1 cup of hummus

½ cup of cherry tomatoes, halved

¼ cup of sundried tomatoes

1/3 cup of unsweetened non-dairy milk

¼ of black olives

Fresh parsley

Salt and pepper to taste


1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and transfer to a mixing bowl.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and mix together until well combined.  

3. Top with some extra parsley and freshly cracked pepper.


Add some chili flakes on the top for extra spicy.

Add some nutritional yeast to add a bit of a cheesy flavor or vegan parmesan.
