Simple, easy and delicious

2 cup of mushrooms
1 chopped red onion
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 cup of chopped baby tomatoes
1 tsp of smoked paprika
½ tsp of chili
4 tsp soy sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
2 portion of whole grain spaghetti
1. Cook the spaghetti
2. On olive oil or water warm the spices and then add the onions and garlic. Once they are transparent, add the mushrooms.
3. Sauté until slightly browned and fragrant, then add tomatoes and soy sauce. Keep sautéing for 2-3 minutes until veggies are soft.
4. Add the spaghetti and the toppings that you prefer.
The recipe is super quick and simple but you could also add extra ingredients as some peppers or courgettes.
