Aromatherapy is an amazing tool for healing physically and mentally.
I am absolutelty in love with essential oils. I incorporated them into my life a few years ago. But it wasn't until a few months ago that I got certified in Clinical Aromatherapy and I started using them in ways that really serve me. I was amazed by the results I was getting. I started using them in a difuser, creams, serums, etc. and they were really helping me reach my purposes.
What I love about essential oils is that they are made 100% with plant ingredients and they have no added chemicals or anything toxic that might harm me somehow. So I would rather use some peppermint if I have a headache, than an ibuprofeno that, yes, it might help, but it comes with all the negative effects for the body.
In summary, essential oils are absolutely great. They can help you healing wounds, easing physical pain, helping you sleep and relax, boosting your energy, helping your digestion... and so much more!

I know it can be confusing with all the essential oils in the market, so I will offer you the basics of it so you can use them at home without any problem.
Before we dive into the specific chakras, it is important to know that aromatherapy works influencing the activity or our energetic body. We can choose among a wide variety of essential oils that affect us in so many ways. Some oils are related to emotions and help those flow easly, the scent of some bring a colour to mind and others help the physical body and its tissues... However, all these things are interconnected and by helping a specific aspect other part might benefit from it. So for example, by using lavander to treat insominia, we might be helping reduce the migraines or helping our digestion. So, just remeber to focus in the whole and follow your intuition. Even if I am offering you a guide to use essential oils, if you feel attracted to a specific one, go ahead and use it. Your body is smart and knows what it needs. Follow and honour those inner messages.
